Surprisingly, no politician except one guy called Narayana, gave public comments on why this is happening.
I think in this whole game, middle class population is not considered in vote banks. This kind of problems mostly bother middle class people. Actually many say that how low income people survive. White cards are more than atual people. What cards middle class people have?
